Based on transformational coaching techniques, modern neuroscience and with insights and direct feedback from people in roles very similar to yours, this course is designed to help you become a powerful and empowering, inspiring, confident and effective leader, with an authentic style and approach that feels absolutely true to you.

Over the course of 20 weeks you’ll learn how to:
The Trusted Leader is a 20 week online training programme that will give you a recognised qualification accredited by the Association for Coaching. The course is built on 3 learning modules, each containing 4 online units and requires a time commitment of 5 hours per week. This includes live online support, executive peer coaching, peer support, executive case study coaching, coach mentoring, self-study, 3 written assignments and a recorded coaching assessment.
The course has been designed to be very flexible so that you can fit it into your busy work and home schedule.
Once you have signed up, you’ll be given immediate access to our Private Facebook Group which is a busy hub where we share experiences and valuable content, and learn from and support each other as we work through the training together. The group is closed to protect the privacy of members and everything we share is confidential.
The Effective Leader Module provides a practical, experiential introduction to the key principles, skills and approaches that underpin effective leadership by adopting a coaching approach in the corporate world. It provides a clear, structured model of coaching, enabling you to develop your own individual style.

Module 2 begins by building on the experiential training of The Effective Leader (Module 1). Having gained an understanding of the ACORN Coaching Framework, the underpinning skills and principles, and touched on some elements of the neuroscientific base, we now step further into the competency-based approach to deepen your capacity as a leader and help you find your own voice.
